Duties & Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Senior HR Manager, the key priority of this role is to drive the learning and development agenda to enhance organizational and individual capabilities which are essential for the long-term success of the Commission. As part of the L&D team, your ability to understand the fast evolving learning needs of our employees in securities laws and regulations, financial products and markets are essential, along with your ability to source and arrange delivery of effective solutions and programs to meet those needs.
Additionally, you will be expected to participate in HR-specific and Commission-wide projects/initiatives. As part of the wider HR team, you will be required to have the ability to work in a cohesive team environment with a variety of stakeholders in order to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of projects/initiatives.
You should possess a University degree preferably in HR Management, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline. You should also have a minimum of 7 years’ relevant experience gained from major financial services or multi-national organisations to enable you to quickly grasp the learning needs of our professional workforce. You must be familiar with competency modelling and able to think strategically and creatively to address the organisation’s future talent needs. Ability and experience in managing projects will be essential. You must also possess excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese. Proficiency in Putonghua and familiarity with Workday or similar HR systems will be an advantage.
