Duties & Responsibilities:
You will be a key member of the Learning & Development (L&D) team to manage and coordinate the daily operation of a broad spectrum of learning and development initiatives, including technical classroom or online learning, secondment, performance management, data analytics. You will also need to interact with staff on L&D agendas, and work with relevant stakeholders and vendors to propose and implement L&D or HR plans.
You are expected to understand the fast-evolving learning needs on securities law and regulations, financial products and markets. You are also expected to be able to oversee, execute and evaluate the learning programs independently.
You should possess a University degree preferably in Marketing, Event Management, Finance, or a related discipline with a minimum of 5 years’ relevant learning and development experience gained from major financial services/multi-national organisations. Familiarization with securities law and regulations, financial products and markets is a plus.
You must have strong project management, planning and administration skills, and be able to build relations with business units and to communicate effectively at all level. You must also possess strong language skills in both English and Chinese, and proficiency in Putonghua will be an advantage.
